If your iPad is running OS 13 and above, you can download files directly through its browser and save to its File App.
iPad OS 12 and below
You cannot download an mp3 file directly onto an iPad with an operating system OS 12 and below without the use of a web browser-download manager APP. While many are available, we have tested, and offer full instructions on the Aloha Browser, available from the Apple App Store.
